Michael
Founder & Property Management Strategist
Michael is the visionary behind Linc Property Management, bringing a wealth of professional experience and a passion for real estate to every aspect of the business. Before venturing into property management, Michael built a successful career working for large companies in roles such as District Manager, Operations Field Project Supervisor, New Store Opening Coordinator, and General Manager. These roles honed his skills in leadership, operational efficiency, and problem-solving—qualities that now define his approach to property management.
In 2017, Michael transitioned to real estate, forming Team Banx at Compass and building a reputation as a trusted advisor for clients in the Hudson Valley and beyond. As an investor himself, Michael has acquired both residential and commercial properties locally giving him firsthand knowledge of what it takes to successfully manage and grow real estate investments.
With Linc Property Management, Michael aimed to create a service that blends his expertise in real estate with a personalized, client-focused approach. His goal is to deliver transparency, innovation, and precision in property management, helping clients achieve peace of mind while maximizing the value of their investments.
Jillian
Co-Owner & Partner in Investment
Jillian, Michael’s wife and partner in both life and business, is an integral part of Linc Property Management. Born and raised in the Hudson Valley, Jillian has a deep connection to the community and a personal understanding of the unique needs of local property owners. Her roots in the area and knowledge of the region bring invaluable insight to the business.
Before joining Michael to grow Linc PM, Jillian built a successful career in retail management, where she developed exceptional skills in leadership, customer service, and operations. She later took time to raise the couple’s three children while also playing a pivotal role in their real estate ventures. Together, Jillian and Michael have made significant investments in properties both in the Hudson Valley and beyond, and her expertise has been instrumental in shaping the company’s approach to client care.
Jillian’s passion lies in creating strong relationships with clients and ensuring that Linc PM continues to deliver the elevated level of service that sets it apart. Her blend of business acumen, local knowledge, and dedication to family values makes her a vital part of the team and a trusted resource for property owners.
